My name is Grace, and I started this blog to document and share my journey toward healthy weight gain and overall better health. For most of my life, I have struggled with gaining and maintaining weight due to having a very fast metabolism and a high energy level. While many resources online focus on weight loss, I found that there were not many spaces dedicated to people who are trying to gain weight in a healthy and sustainable way. This blog is meant to help fill that gap.

The goal of this blog is not just about gaining weight, but about becoming a healthier version of ourselves overall. That includes focusing on proper nutrition, healthy habits, sleep, stress management, exercise, and building a lifestyle that supports both physical and mental health. Healthy weight gain should come from building a healthy body and healthy habits, not just eating more food.
